Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued on inspections cancelled with a minimum 2 business days advance notice. Cancellations with less than 2 business days advance notice, will be issued a full credit towards another inspection. Customer will pay the fee difference if any.
Inspector will conduct a non-evasive, visual inspection of the property. The inspector shall perform all duties in accordance with the ASHI Standards of Practice and the State of New Hampshire Board of Home Inspectors CHAPTER Home 600 STANDARDS OF PRACTICE. The inspector shall follow all standards as adopted by the State of New Hampshire Board of Home Inspectors as defined in CHAPTERS 100-700. The property inspection is not a code inspection, title examination, nor a By-law compliance inspection. The Inspector does not offer an opinion as to the advisability or inadvisability of the purchase of the property, its value or potential use. If the Inspector is called upon to prepare for litigation or give testimony because of the inspection, additional fees shall be charged at a rate of $85.00 per hour, plus IRS allowable mileage rate, and incurred expenses. A fee of $150 may be charged for cancellation within 12 hours of the scheduled inspection appointment. A flat fee of $250 shall be charged to the client in the event the client terminates the inspection early; in this event there will be no report provided should the client terminate the inspection.
