Covid-19 Precautions
Due to recent reactions to the Covid-19 virus ProSpect will be taking extra precautions during all of our inspections. ProSpect’s goal is to do our part in keeping our inspectors and everyone involved safe and healthy. With that said, our inspectors will be self-limiting 6 ft interaction distances from clients and agents. ProSpect will also be wiping down any surface, knob, faucet, control etc. encountered by our inspectors with germicidal-virucidal wipes.
For our clients
ProSpect kindly and respectfully requests that if you or anyone in your household is sick, or if you have traveled to any affected area, please consider not being present for the inspection. You will still receive a clear, concise report with photos and/or videos as well as a follow-up phone call to discuss our findings. If you still wish to attend but are concerned, ProSpect can always discuss our findings and perform any other business outside of the home and not in a potentially confined area. We are trying our best to keep everyone happy and healthy while still making the process pleasant, precise and thorough.

ProSpect also kindly asks that if you or anyone in your household is sick, or if you have traveled to any affected area, that you request for a fellow agent to cover for you. We understand if you wish to simply make the home accessible to our inspectors and wait elsewhere until we conclude the inspection. It is our goal to help keep the transaction moving forward while taking the necessary precautionary steps.
